First we had the spectacle of Dr. Meyers threatening to sue bloggers for "mischaracterizing" his testimony (because he testified against an EARLIER version of the Erisa amendments and it was the later amendments that were dubbed a "Patients Bill of Rights").

Per Matt Stoller at Open Left: Does anyone else feel like Obama won the fourth game of a seven game series and Clinton is insisting on playing out all seven?

We sometimes forget that ordinary good people can change the world. Mildred Loving did.

And it may be instructive to remember that Loving v. Virginia was decided a mere forty years ago.
