Joe "Droopy Dog" Lieberman is such an embaressment on so many levels. First, NOT A JEW!!! Any Jew worth their salt could never with a straight face say Sara Palin is more qualified that Joe Biden or Barack Obama. Any Jew claiming to be faithful could not sleep at night supporting such a narrow minded Christian Fundamentalist. I could go on but let's move on to his shame as a former Democrat.

OK,
Another day another juicy tidbit about Sara Palin, cover girl for VP who wear black bras under white blouses.

I think McCain has the hots for Sara. After all his MO is beauty queens. Cindy McCain was a beauty queen and now his impulse VO pick........a beauty queen.

She is a rapid prolifer wanting all abortions banned and criminalized.

Now imagine how much energy would NOT have been wasted and how much further along Barack would be if Hillary had withdrawn when everyone except her and Mark Penn were clear it was over.

She dug a deep hole of resentment within the party that despite her speech and Slick Willie tonight will lasting scars for years to come.

Did you watch the DNC Convention last night OMG!!

I haven't been that energized by a political convention since Teddy snubbed Carter in 1980.

OR

Since Humphrey and the insanity in 1968.

Aside of the right wing hacks joking about Obama being concerned about the safety of Atlanta after the Russians invaded Georgia, we are watching the US to be shown as the paper tiger we have become.

We cannot win a war of ideology against Islamic extremists becuase we continue to feed them recruiting material with the War in Iraq, water boarding, Quantanimo, Abu Ghrab, Iran, etc. etc.

A good friend of mine from the dark ages of high school pointed me toward this site:

www.fivethirtyeight.com

It is quite impressive as far as objective data crunching goes.

The guy behind it actually makes a living through subscriptions to his Fantasy Baseball statistical analysis reports.

If you really want to some number to chew on check it out.

Al Gore is an idiot or an egomaniac. He really thinks that saying we can easily replace all of our fossil fueled energy needs with wind and solar in ten year. NO WAY IN HELL is that possible.

Let's take a very superficial look at how we use fossil fuels:

cars
trucks
trains
planes
asphault for roads
fertilizers for crops
industrial processes like:
steel making
glass making

Have you heard the latest?

Not only has Phil Gramm told Americans there is no recession, its all in our heads, but now we learn that he invested in a soft core porn film through encouragement of his brother-in-law (BIL).

His BIL showed Phil the movie "Truck Stop Women - No Rig Is too Big" and invited him to invest $15,000! AND HE DID!

Have you seen the commercials? Have you visited his website? T. Boone Pickens the oil tycoon is going to save us all from the bad old oil companies..........wait a minute? What's wrong with this picture?

For decades now the Rev Jesse Jackson has asserted himself as one of the key voices of civil rights in the US and abroad. His gaffe on Fox Noise I mean News, was bad for so many reasons.

First - Who in their right minds goes on Fox News?!?!?!
Second - When will Jackson think before he opens his mouth?

OK, OK,
I know the GOP is a bunch of self righteous, know it alls but when Dr. Phil Gramm, Senator the creator of Senator McCain's economic policies says we are all a bunch of whiners and are just suffering from "mental recession"

When Senator McCain is video taped for the longest painfully "pregnant" pause in history when asked why viagra is covered by insurance and birth control is not.

Reverend Wright, Pastor Hagee, Pat Robertson, Billy Graham, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and on and on and on.

When did this country, founded on the principles of relgious freedom and separation of church and state become a religious state?

Here we are again on another "Super Tuesday" as defined by the media.

North Carolina and Indiana can take away any rational excuses for Hillary to keep hacking away at Obama.

Assuming he is going to win North Carolina with a sizable margin all he really has to do is have Indiana end in a dead heat or win and she has to get out.

GO INDIANA GO!!!

Monday afternoon the hallowed halls of the Fifth Arena, home court of the "famed" University of Cincinnati Bearcats basketball "franchise", hosted a rally for Barack Obama.

Is the focus on Palin's family over the top?
No. By pitching her family values as chief amongst her qualifications, she asked for it.
67%
Yes. Family is off limits no matter how much the candidate use them.
33%
Not sure. It seems that we're supposed to consider family and other personal aspects--even if they don't impact policy.
