First we had the spectacle of Dr. Meyers threatening to sue bloggers for "mischaracterizing" his testimony (because he testified against an EARLIER version of the Erisa amendments and it was the later amendments that were dubbed a "Patients Bill of Rights").

Now we have an opportunity to see how the good Doctor shades the truth. Evan Bayh has NOT endorsed anyone in the congressional primary; so how honest is his recent flyer, with an old quote (and I mean old--from back when Evan was governor)implying that Bayh has endorsed him?
