Our Mission
The American Values Alliance is a cross-partisan, pro-democracy resource built for today’s political divides. We're not a think tank, we're not a single issue entity, or wed to investing in any one single tactic. We’re a real-time democracy incubator, watchdog, and strategic nerve center. We strengthen civic resilience by aligning philanthropy with what actually works. Informed by the lived experience, expertise, and decision maker networks of former and current civil servants, we provide the resources, technical assistance, and real-time intelligence to go beyond the usual echo chambers and partisan blindspots. We promote collaboration, learning, and experimentation, grounded in real-world dynamics—not wishful thinking, theoretical debate, or partisan talking points.
